Shipping & returns

Add parts to your cart and check out securely by card through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by us.

Your total is shown before you pay: the parts, $19.95 flat-rate shipping and any sales tax due for your delivery address. There are no other fees.

We email a receipt as soon as your payment goes through.

Shipping is a flat $19.95 per order, whatever the number of parts, to addresses in the United States. We don't ship outside the US.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment, then take 3–7 business days in transit — 4 to 10 business days in total.

Add your Raptor's model and year at checkout and we check fitment before your order ships. If something doesn't match, we email you before anything ships.

Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are free: we email you a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.

We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Electrical items and special-order parts are final sale.

Email shop@lavellemotorworks.com or use the contact page with your order number (from your receipt) and the part you're returning.

We reply with a prepaid label and the return address. Pack the part in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier.

If a part arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll put it right.

Quad prices exclude sales tax, title and registration fees, and delivery. We quote delivery to your address before you commit, and you're welcome to view a quad at our location first.

The parts return policy above doesn't apply to complete quads. Ask us any questions, or for more photos and history, before you buy.
