What we collect when you shop or get in touch, why we need it, and who we share it with.

  1. 01Who we are

    Lavelle Motorworks runs this website and sells the parts and quads listed on it. For anything about your personal information, email shop@lavellemotorworks.com.

  2. 02What we collect

    When you check out: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items you buy and the Raptor model and year you give us. Payment is handled by Stripe — your full card number goes to Stripe and is never sent to or stored by us.

    When you contact us: your name, email, optional phone number and machine, and your message.

    Your cart is saved in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

    Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

  3. 03How we use it

    To take payment, check fitment, ship your order, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

    We email you about your order and reply to your messages. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

  4. 04Who we share it with

    Stripe processes payments and calculates sales tax. Resend delivers our order and contact emails. Shipping carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel. Our hosting provider runs the website.

    Each of them uses your information only to provide their service to us. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

  5. 05Cookies

    We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.

  6. 06How long we keep it

    Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are kept while we're helping you and for a reasonable time afterwards.

  7. 07Your choices

    You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing shop@lavellemotorworks.com. Some order records have to be kept for tax purposes. Residents of states with privacy laws, including California, have these rights by law, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

    This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

  8. 08Changes

    If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
